What is the process of applying through GRAPECARE?

  • Look at the list of vacancies, choose the position you are interested in, and apply via a link (Google Application Form).

  • Once you have sent us a filled-out application form, we have you in our database. If you are suitable for the position, we will contact you and you will be invited to an interview or a screening test.

  • We only accept CVs that are sent via links – we do NOT accept applications through email or in person. 

  • Please, be patient with us, we receive thousands of applications daily, and it can take a long time before we contact you. 

  • If you are not contacted by a member of our team within 6 months, we recommend updating your CV and sending it again via a link.

From which countries do you hire workers?

  • Only from the Philippines.

  • Anyone (no matter your nationality) who is already in the Czech Republic.

Do you have an office in the Philippines?

  • No, but our partner agencies are located in Manila.

How much does the placement fee cost?

  • The price of the placement fee depends on the job position (it is a 1-month of Brutto salary).

  • The placement fee needs to be paid to the Philippine recruitment agency before the departure.

  • There is NO processing fee to GRAPECARE.

What are the minimum and maximum ages to apply?

  • The minimal age is 23 years. 

  • The maximum age depends on the job position.

Do you accept candidates without any prior experience?

  • We usually hire those with prior experience, but some positions do not require any prior experience.

Do you accept household workers?

  • No.
